  • Initial Payment: A non-refundable upfront payment of 30% of the total project cost is due upon the signing of the contract. This secures your spot in our project queue.
  • Milestone Payments: For projects with a duration exceeding 1 weeks, milestone payments will be required. These will be outlined in the project proposal and agreed upon by both parties.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are handed over to you.

Late Payments: Timely payments are essential for the project’s progress. If a payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, we reserve the right to:

  • Pause all work on the project until payment is received.
  • Assess a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance for every 5 days the payment is delayed.

Refund Policy: We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed your expectations. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The project is canceled by the client before work has commenced. In such cases, the initial payment is non-refundable.
  • In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill our commitments, a refund for any unused portion of the project fee will be issued.

Scope Changes and Additional Work: If the scope of the project changes or additional work is requested beyond the originally agreed-upon scope, we will provide a revised quote and obtain your approval before proceeding. Any additional charges will be added to the final invoice.

Currency and Taxes: All prices and transactions are quoted and processed in US ($) Dollar. Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly communicated before invoicing.

Confidentiality: All financial information shared with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be used solely for payment purposes.
